Nickolas currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northern Rhode Island, a 501c3 located in Cumberland Rhode Island. BGCNRI encompasses two successful clubhouses, Cumberland-Lincoln and Woonsocket. He is a proud alum of the Cumberland-Lincoln Clubhouse.
In 2019, Nickolas was honored by the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and given the Pacesetter award for the Northeast region. This award is presented to an individual who by words and deeds motivates, guides and supports the professional and personal development of other professionals.
A true believer that we can be stronger together, Nickolas has an expansive network of qualified partners who contribute to Creative Consultants. Nickolas is a proud graduate of Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro, Massachusetts, and of Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. While at RWU, Nickolas Studied Political Science, Business Management, Business Marketing, and Psychology, while also competing for the Hawks as a member of the men's swim team. Nickolas has over 15 years of management and supervisory experience in a multitude of professions; including non-profits, behavioral health, sales/logistics, and business consulting. Nickolas has served on multiple boards including his role as the President of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Swim League (RIMA). Nickolas resides in Cumberland with his wife and three children.
